Post Info module

The Post Info module is available when editing a Singular-type Beaver Themer layout and displays a single post or page's date, author, number of comments and terms (categories, tags, or custom taxonomies).

General

The post date, modified Date, comments, and terms may all be shown, hidden, and configured on the General tab.

Date

  • Date - Show or hide the date.

  • Format - Set the date format.
    See the WordPress formatting date & time documentation for a list of date formats.d connection.

  • Prefix - Prefix the date. For example, Post on January 27, 2022.

Modified Date

  • Modified Date - Show or hide the modified date.

  • Modified Date Format - Set the modified date format.
    See the WordPress formatting date & time documentation for a list of date formats.d connection.

  • Prefix - Prefix the modified date. For example, Last Updated February 21, 2022.
    Default value is Last Updated .

Author

Show or hide the post author.

Comments

  • Comments - Show or hide comments.

  • No Comments Text - Set the text for when there are no comments.
    Default is No Comments.

  • One Comment Text - Set the text for when there is one comment.
    Default is 1 Comment.

  • Comments Text - Set the text for when there are multiple comments. See comments_number() for more information.
    Default is % Comments.

Terms

  • Terms - Show or hide the terms.

  • Taxonomy - Displays the taxonomy terms assigned to the post type your Themer layout applies to.

  • Display - Display the taxonomy Name or Slug.

  • Separator - Leave blank or add in something to separate the terms.
    Default is comma (,).

Style

The Style tab has a variety of settings that apply to all of the text in the module.

  • Typography section

  • Color - Sets a text color.

  • Link Color - Sets a link color.

  • Link Hover Color - Sets a link hover color.

  • Separator - Sets a link color.

Order

Drag and drop the Post Info module's items into whatever order you like.

Advanced

There are all the usual Advanced tab settings for margins, visibility, animations, and advanced HTML settings.
